I am so happy that i purchased the Shiatsu Smart Neck Massager, getting my partner to massage my neck was an uphill battle. No more!
I was genuinely suprised by this product and the results, but also the fact it is exactly as advertised. No gimmicks, or AI videos etc used for selling it, how you see it advertised on here is exactly how it is in real life. I does really grip on to you, and it does really massage you the way the videos show. It is a fantastic product, I will be buying a few more to give to family members for xmas this year.
My experience has been the best I can recall with any online purchase. The service and original advice was exactly as stated, especially a friendly tone I detected in the initial ordering. When I received it all was as it should be, then I had a query and it was responded to in a way that truly surprised me in this modern day and age. Well for an 80odd YO like me - so nice to feel that old fashioned trust in someone. The gadget is even better than they said and has relieved some real doubts about how long I could persevere with this agonising neck pain i have.
Good on ya guys as we would day in Australia, you are Fair Dinkum.
Just like a little green man with terrific hands massaging your neck. Definitely recommend. The heat option is an added bonus.
I bought this for my son who has always had a bad neck and back. I gave it to him today and his words were " works a treat! Whoo love it"
Very happy. Good product.
Great. Give relief to muscle pain.
Love my new massager. Relaxes my neck and shoulders, my calves, and my knees. Love it!
Best product I've brought hands down good on my sore shoulders put me to sleep lol..love it
Made it after a hard days work sitting in front of the TV and getting a neck massage
Great works well
Love it!
Very good for my neck but a bit worried about clucking sound when in use
Excellent well made gadget for my sore neck.
I loved the product. Good quality, works excellently, and massages well enough that you don't have to ask anyone else for a massage.
As someone who works at a computer constantly, my neck and shoulder muscles are tight and stiff. I've tried many massagers, but they all felt ineffective. That's when i finally got this one! It doesn't apply brute force, but rather a gentle, firm grip that penetrates the surface muscles and relieves the sore spots in my back.
Absolutely love this cordless neck and shoulder massager! The heat function adds a soothing touch that really helps melt away tension after a long day. It’s powerful yet comfortable, and i appreciate the freedom of movement without any cords getting in the way. Battery life is solid, and it's super convenient to use anywhere—home, office, or even in the car. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with neck or shoulder pain!"
My previous massager was always tangled in wires, but this wireless design is so cool! I can use it while basking in the sun on the balcony or curled up on the sofa watching tv. The battery life is also excellent.
Very good
The package arrived and I would have had to pay an additional 0 in customs.
arrived on time well packaged perfect for what it is congratulations to the seller
Thank you. The product looks good. I tried it at work but didn't turn on the temperature heating. We'll see how it goes in the future. One thing though, it's not designed for chicken necks.
compact and comfortable
Everything is perfect! 💪🏿
I just got this neck and shoulder massager for pain relief, although it feels a little tight around the neck, it feels amazing in the shoulder area. It hits right where i get that neck and shoulder pain from computer work and looking down. Also, when you wear it with the strap around your upper back, it functions to hold your shoulders back, improving posture and stress on the upper back and neck.
