RelaxCircuit Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:Australia, United States, United Kingdom, and selected countries in Europe
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery Times
Australia:3–7 business days (metro areas), 5–10 business days (regional).
International: 7–15 business days, depending on location and local customs clearance.

In some cases, deliveries may take slightly longer than expected due to long weekends, public holidays, or periods when most logistics providers are not operating.

Please also allow up to approximately 3 business days for order processing during high workload periods.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we kindly ask customers to remain patient if occasional delays occur.

Additionally, depending on stock availability and operational efficiency, some orders may be shipped directly from our international warehouse to ensure smoother fulfilment and delivery service.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing).

Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched. You can track your order online at any time.

Delays & Issues
We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but occasional delays may happen. RelaxCircuit is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays
